For our third-year in the Life STEM program, we focus on our career goals in the each of our major. We also assign in peer mentoring first-year students who has the same major as us to give advice about how to be successful in the major. The ideal of this mentoring program is establishing a connection between students and peers similar to what we experience with our Life STEM faculty mentors.

During this year Life STEM seminar, we worked on how to maintain our career resources including resumes, cover letter, CV, and LinkEd needed for future jobs after leaving Longwood.

At the end of the seminar, we presented our future goals and dreams in our science fields that we each choice.
