Hello, my name is Rayshad. I come from my hometown Charlottesville, Virginia. I recently graduated high school, Albemarle High School, and now I’m part of Longwood University Class of 2022. I’m also an Honor Student and LIFE STEM Scholar at Longwood University. I’m majoring in Physics/Pre-Engineering which means that I’ll get one Bachelor degree in Physics from Longwood and a second degree in Engineering from another institution.

I like to is going on a computer looking into searching various websites and outside at night seeing the constellation stargazing. I like to helpout in fixing technology difficulties and doing clean ups. I’m a fast learner in math and have an intense curiosity for history, especially Japanese History. I am also very fluent in speaking Japanese. I’m very good at creating my original composition pieces in music.

I have a passion for geography because I want to learn and explore a variety of places around the globe to make me attractive to study abroad. I am also passionate about astronomy because I took a honors level course in astronomy during my senior year at my high school The course was filled with knowledge about our universe, how stars areseen at night. This astronomy course inspired me to learn more about stars, and I hope to take astrophysics and complete research on this topic in the future at Longwood.

I also play video games like Super Smash Bros, Kingdom Hearts, Tales of series games, and more other games series.
