Scholarship has always been important to me, though I do not think I fully realized the extent of its importance until I came to Longwood and became an Honors Scholar. Being in Honors is not something I take lightly, and I have taken an Honors class (or enhanced) every semester I have been here so far. By far one of my favorite Honors experiences so far has actually been my enhancement because it was about something I really enjoy and find fascinating. In fact, I will actually be building upon my enhancement by going on a Breakthrough Adventure sponsored by the Honors College. I am beyond excited for this opportunity, and cannot wait to share what I have found and will find with the Honors community.
