I took this course over the summer. It was all about the foundations of biological concepts. I took biology in high school and wasn’t the biggest fan, so I was a little apprehensive to take this class. However, I ended up enjoying the material and did well in the end.
The professor was very accommodating and understood that most of us had busy schedules. What I liked most about the course is that we had virtual labs to complete each week. The labs accompanied the material we were learning and made the concepts seem so much more interesting. In addition, the professor’s study guides were very thorough and helped me prepare for each exam in an organized manner.

This is a picture of my dog! I took this photo for my animal classification lab. For this virtual lab we were to take pictures of different species where we live and upload them to a website that helped us identify the species’ classifications.
