Biography

Hello my name is Julia Kline! I am a student here at Longwood University, and at Longwood, I participate in the Honors College and the collegiate Women’s Field Hockey team. My academics are very important to me, hence the reason why I was interested in joining the Honors College; I feel as if the Honors Program has helped me excel in my studies. The major I have selected to focus on is Kinesiology, and I made this decision due to my tight connection to athletics and exercise. The course load I had acquired is quite challenging, which is what I love; challenges really push me to better myself. Before I had come to Longwood, in High School I challenged myself quite often as well by taking all Honors and AP courses. That is why I want to continue to challenge myself after college as well, by continuing my education at a medical school to become an Orthopedic Surgeon.
