“During Kira’s time in ride operations, she proved to be encouraging, resourceful, driven and respectful. She was productive and completed her assignments on time. She was hand picked to help open the newest attraction at the time. She acted as trainer for the new location and the area she was in. She was respectful to her leadership, fellow team members and the park’s guest that came to visit the park. Kira did not have an issue with being a team player. She tended to be the backbone of her location. always aiding others in the operations and was adaptable in the challenges of that location face. These challenges included: keeping a positive attitude on a hot day, adjusting to changes the ride brought, or just reassuring someone after they made a mistake. “In Kira’s first year as an RA, I had the pleasure of being her direct supervisor. Throughout this year, I was able to experience and witness her growth as not only an RA, but as an individual. Kira developed strong time management skills, created close relationships with all of her residents, and handled very stressful situations with ease. She served as an imperative resource among all of the students in her community as well as a role model for the rest of her staff. Kira is a team player. She is open to compromise and new ideas. She is always looking for a new and creative way to tackle her tasks. She takes constructive criticism well and served as my right-hand for the majority of the year.
