  • Coaches and Scouts – Coaches teach amateur or professional athletes the skills they need to succeed at their sport.

 

  • Fitness Trainers and Instructors -Fitness trainers and instructors lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities.

 

  • Massage Therapists -Massage therapists really get into their work, using their hands, fingers, forearms, elbows, and sometimes even feet to manually manipulate soft-tissue muscles to help people relax, relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, and reduce stress.

 

  • Athletic Trainers- Athletic trainers work to prevent, diagnose, and treat muscle and bone injuries and illnesses; they strive to keep active people healthy and functioning at their best.

 

  • Recreational Therapists – Recreational therapists plan, direct, and coordinate recreation-based treatment programs for people with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.

 

  • Physical Therapists – Physical therapists work with individuals suffering from injuries, illnesses, or birth conditions to help them regain more mobility and reduce or manage pain.

 

  • Exercise Physiologists -Exercise physiologists develop fitness and exercise programs that help injured or sick patients recover.

 

  • Occupational Therapists – Occupational therapists treat patients who have injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

 

  • Chiropractors – Chiropractors treat patients with health problems of the neuromusculoskeletal system, which includes nerves, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
