The main priority of Longwood’s HARK program is to empower and inspire citizen leaders to promote health, leisure and performance.

Longwood’s program helps students, staff, and faculty stay healthy and fit. Programs at the recreational center are offered to help those on campus stay active and healthy. Personal Training sessions are also offered through HARK and these trainers will help you set and achieve goals. Health is the main concern and dietitians are on campus as well and can help you get on a pathway to healthy eating. If you need Any information on how to get healthy HARK can provide it.
