MUSC 224:
Music 224, also known as Music Appreciation was a course that was not one of the most fascinating courses for me, however I appreciated having this learning experience. I believed that it is important to be well rounded and gain a better understanding of other cultures. One main aspect that often brings people together is music, being able to explain and describe the underlying meaning and composition of music.

Artifact Description:
This group project was based on the popular band, The Lumineers. I was able to work with fellow Cormier Honor’s students to dissect and focus on the different aspects of this group. We compared four different musical works of theirs and learned how to describe their music and identify how they evolved through their music.
