NURS 495:
Nursing 495 was a course that focus on health care systems around the world. For me, learning about other health care systems and the importance of global health impacted me as a future nurse. This course allowed me to develop opinions and find what I am passionate about in the health care setting. Throughout this course I wanted to challenge myself to have an open mind, but most importantly find what I believed I could bring back to my care to my patients.

Information was researched in relation to the World Health Organization’s goals to improve global health and how countries are doing their part to reach these goals.
