Reflection:
The next assignment went hand in hand with the brochure. Before this class I have never written a press release, let along seen one. Though my group and I had never written one, the book helped us a lot. We used both the textbook and classroom notes to help. In doing this assignment, we were able to create professional documents that used plain English by using the 8 C’s, along with creating the document format properly, analyze and produce writing genres found in the professional world, while working together as a group.
