Reflection:
Our first couple of assignments were the bad news and persuasive letters. Before this class I have never written either type of letter. It was challenging writing the bad news letter because you have to relay bad news, without being negative. I used both the textbook and classroom notes to help with these two assignments. I believe that if I had to write any of these letters again, I would be capable to with no issues. The textbook was a great key in helping with these two letters, it provided dos and don’t when dealing with these particular letters. In doing these assignments, I was able to create professional documents that used plain English by using the 8 C’s, along with creating the document format properly.
