Lancer Student Investment Fund

I learned about the Lancer Student Investment Fund (LSIF) due to declaring my concentration of Finance. I was very interested in joining this club, and in October 2021, I became Fund Manager (President) of this organization. Getting to learn more about Investing and how the stock market works, while organizing meetings and managing the club and its members has taught me a lot about the finance world, as well as management. Being in charge of the club’s members and their projects is a great opportunity this club offers beyond learning how to maneuver the stock market. My Vice-Manager and I created a presentation about the fund’s performance and presented it to the LUF Board of Directors, which was a very daunting task, but also gave us very important experience in doing this when it will be needed in our careers.
