I took this class in the spring semester of 2019. This was the second Spanish class that I have taken at Longwood. I came to this class very prepared because I took classes in high school and one class during my first semester. This course was more advanced than I thought it was going to be.

I learned a lot in this class because it had more than just the basics of Spanish. I learned many more different forms to speaking and writing fluently. I learned about the Spanish American culture as well. Our final project was to do a video on a topic of our interest. I did the video with a group and we talked about a Spanish musical composer named Joaquin Rodriguez who was based in France. We talked about his background, his music, and inspirations.  Below is the video that we made.
