I took this class in the spring semester of 2020. I enjoyed this class because it talked about the different problems happening on the coasts of the different continents. I didn’t realize about all of the problems that humans are attributing to that is killing the nature on our coasts. Our coasts are going to be under water in the next 100 years and I think that is so crazy.

I had to go give a persuasive presentation speech and I chose to do it on an endangered species called the Bog turtle. I talked about the problems that are causing the extinction of the bog turtle and persuade the reader on how we can prevent these problems to save these tiny turtles. I chose this topic because its important to me and saving the turtles is a very talked about today with people switching to reusable straws and finding different ways to prevent plastic from hurting other aquatic animals.
