The community in the Cormier Honors College is so welcoming. When I first got here, I felt so welcomed by everyone because of how kind they were. Classes at Longwood are particularly small but the honors classes seem to be full of people I knew and the classes were very interesting. Everyone in the Honors College strives to help you and push you to do your best.

I was a very outgoing person before I came to college but the Cormier Honors College has helped me grow even more. I have met many people in the Honors college that has showed me new experiences and develop great relationships. I can reach out to anyone if I needed help and I’ve been more involved in activities that Longwood and the Cormier Honors College do because the community makes it enjoyable. I lived in the honors dorm and will forever be grateful of the people that I’ve met. Everyday, I always see a friend because I’ve met so many wonderful people through the honors college.
