Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I am a member of the Cormier Honors College class of ’22. At Longwood, I majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minored in Children’s Literature. This August (2022), I’ll be joining the University of Alabama Law School class of ’25.
Throughout undergrad, I was actively involved in several organizations on Longwood’s campus. I volunteered through Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity, served as president of the Honors Student Association and a student state officer of the National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and was a member of the College of Education, Health, and Human Services advisory board. I also worked as a consultant for the university Writing Center for two years. These experiences, among others, have shaped me into the student, leader, and person I am today, and I’m grateful to be able to draw upon my lessons from Longwood as I begin the next phase of my life.
