During PHED, I learned various facts regarding to health. We performed different types of exercises to benefit different parts of the body, and we strived to reach seventy thousand steps every week. I also gained valuable knowledge on nutrition, stress, and sleep — three important aspects of a college student’s life. One thing I will take away from PHED is that it is important to take care of your fitness and health, and that going to school is not an excuse to not do so.
