Reflection:
The brochure was the first part of a team assignment. Our class was put in groups of three and were required to create a brochure for a product that does not exist. My team came up with the Carpuccino, an item that will allow a driver to save time in the mornings by brewing their coffee in their car on the way to their destination. We worked collaboratively to complete this assignment by splitting the panels into twos. I received panels four and five to complete. We met weekly in the library to check on the status of the brochure as well as to ensure that the document was formatted correctly.
This assignment gave our team the opportunity to work together to complete a professional document that used concise language, graphics, and persuasive writing. We created testimonials from satisfied customers that utilized ethos and reached out to our audience who dealt with hectic schedule using pathos. My team also was able to set a schedule that worked for all team members to complete the assignment ahead of schedule.
