It hard to explain my experiences in this class because the impact goes beyond knowledge. This conceptual map that I created encompasses all the topics and terms that I have found of importance in this class. I have come to understand that reproductive justice goes beyond the scope of a woman and her reproductive rights. It goes into aspects that you would not even think of like environmental, criminal systems and also the history of slavery’s contribution to the reproductive system.  Dr. Shotwell always has a good group of people in her class and the discussions are always interesting and respectful. Though the coursework is sometimes too much, it just prepares one for the paperwork of the future. Right?
