Goal 8 – Introduction to Psychology

Reflection:

I took this course over the winter intersession, in December of 2015. Personally, I enjoyed the fact that I could learn and complete assignments on my own time and by my own schedule (as long as I still made the deadlines, of course!). The textbook for the course was definitely a more interesting textbook to read (because it is set up for college students or because I just enjoyed learning about psychology, I don’t rightly know). Given the chance to take another intersession course, I would definitely consider it, since it allows me to focus more fully on other courses during the regular semester periods while also keeping me on track to graduate on time. I liked that my instructor also answered any questions and comments that popped up during the course in a timely manner, which was great, especially if it was a last-minute kind of question or comment. By and large, it was a great class, I liked learning the material, the textbook did a very good job in teaching said material, and I had a very positive experience with the course overall.
