I took ENGL 165 first semester of freshman year with Dr. Ruday. In this class I found it challenging to master all the different styles of writing we were being exposed to as I only knew the style of writing associated with the sciences. I did find it easy to manage my time with the readings we were assigned though, and also learned that I enjoy learning and working in different styles than apply directly to my field of study.
