The following excerpt is from an interview (\u201cpsychological intervention\u201d) with Longwood playwright Brett Hursey. Hursey wrote Small Doses \u2014 a collection of seven ten-minute comedies \u2014 soon to be produced by the Waterworks Players on February 20th and 21st at 8:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Question: So, are you happy with the production so far?<\/p>\n

Hursey: Well, the writing is absolutely brilliant \u2014 but the Director is a compete idiot without a shred of taste.<\/p>\n

Question: Who\u2019s directing the show?<\/p>\n

Hursey: I am.<\/p>\n

Question: Where do you get your ideas?<\/p>\n

Hursey: Usually they come as a result of medication\u2026 or the lack<\/strong> of medication.<\/p>\n

Question: Why is Small Doses made up of seven<\/em> short comedies \u2014 instead of, say, six?<\/p>\n

Hursey: Because I figured I could do more damage with seven.<\/p>\n

Question: Is it true there is a man dressed as a Giant Rabbit in one of these shows?<\/p>\n

Hursey: Yes.<\/p>\n

Question: Is it true there are talking Egg and Sperm in one of these shows?<\/p>\n

Hursey: No comment.<\/p>\n
