In my history class I took first semester of freshman year I learned the value of studying. Throughout highschool I never had to study because paying attention in class and doing my work was enough but this class taught me the harsh lesson that college was going to be very different. This class focused on the span of time post civil war to present day, I found this class very interesting an engaging.
