Wow, where to even begin… In high school, I never experienced such a close group of people, I did not have a friend group anywhere close to the one that I have found in Cormier Honors College. Cormier Honors College started off with an Honors Retreat, which without it, I never would have found my wonderful group of friends who have helped me succeed in my time here. Honors creates such a close bond to people you might never would have met otherwise, and you now have a group to depend on that always has your back. Our Honors College is full of trustworthy, dependable people, who strive to do their best and it make you want to be the same.
Joining Cormier Honors College was the best decision I could have made here at Longwood. It is providing me with many opportunities in my college career and is shaping my future right before my eyes. I am happy to say that in just a few short months I will be traveling with an amazing group from Honors Society Association to a conference down in New Orleans. I cannot wait to see what other opportunities await me within honors doors.
