Use of Results and Improvement are common terms in higher education. Unfortunately, most institutions struggle to connect assessment with learning improvement. This session is designed to clarify what improvement means and how to achieve it. Participants will distinguish between change and improvement, identify keys to success, and recognize the positive impact on faculty. If successful, this video session will inspire Longwood faculty to explore program-level learning improvement initiatives in partnership with faculty development and assessment experts.
