This table shows how effective the activity was in helping discuss family emotions based on how long each family spent on the activity. The p-value is 0.25 which is greater then .05. Based on this we can conclude that there is no significant difference between time spent on the activity and how families were able to discuss emotions. We reject the null hypothesis.
