Since I’m in Nursing and Honors, I opted to take the Nursing LSEM. This class was really helpful to me because it gave me an introduction to Longwood and the way classes worked. It gave me an opportunity to meet people in the same major as me. This class transitioned me into the college lifestyle and taught me how to not rely on my parents for everything. I believe that this class was monumental in my understanding of college life. I was in this class with Dr. Deborah Ulmer, the Dean of the Nursing school.
