Thanks to my Spanish 320, I was able to learn a little bit more about the Aztec culture, as well as improve a bit more on my Spanish writing skills. Although I will say that the course was kinds of easy for me because Spanish is my first language and I lived in El Salvador for about 8 years, speaking it as well as understanding it wasn’t a struggle for me.
The only difficulty was sometimes understanding what the professor wanted to see in my writing. At first, writing a story that would be approved by my professor was a struggle for me, but once I had a better understanding of her expectations I was able to fulfill the criteria.
Overall, I had a lot of fun making presentations as well as learning about Aztec God called Huitzilopochtli. Also, I enjoyed making new friends as well as improving my Spanish writing skills.
